We just found a couple of sweet shapes that were too nice for the rubbish bin, so we recycled them.. well, that’s probably not the best way to advertise a new design, is it? 

Truth is, whether it’s for no reason or with a particular project in mind, we designer doodle a lot. And that’s always a journey of discovery. Which means you might end up finding things that might not suit the particular path that you wanted to follow that particular moment. For example, you you come across that particularly smooth and racy ‘woosh’, but what you need is a more easy going line, better suited for a big cruiser? Or when you suddenly have a cool and edge zig zag in front of you, that definitely doesn’t match your classic gentleman’s yacht?

Our advise, leave them for later. They might be even better than the ones you were looking for. For a different purpose.
